There are few cases where a standard housing can be used for an application in mechanical engineering without having to make further adaptations. If the requirements are greater with regard to shape, dimensions, slots and holes or paint, there is sometimes no other option but to apply a special solution. This does not necessarily have to be more expensive; all factors relevant to the price are taken into account.
